Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis across mall performance, CRM, campaign effectiveness, and digital engagement to uncover customer needs and drive strategic insights.
- Analyse business data to extract actionable insights, identify trends and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to support performance tracking, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability of customer data used in various analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data hygiene and streamline campaign targeting processes
- Other ad-hoc business requests on information or data analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Data Analytics. Experience in Loyalty Programs / Retail / FMCG / Shopping Mall environments is a plus.
- Proficient in SQL development (procedures, functions, packages); experience with Tableau or other BI tools is highly preferred
- Experience in ETL, building and maintaining analytic datamarts is a plus
- Strong technical and analytical skills with a passion for uncovering business insights, conducting comparative analysis, and managing large datasets efficiently
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear analytical requirements, ensuring data solutions are aligned with strategic goals.
- Comfortable switching between Excel, SQL Developer, and BI tools to efficiently deliver insights and meet analytical goals
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Officer, Analytics role.
