Assistant Manager, Analytics

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis across mall performance, CRM, campaign effectiveness, and digital engagement to uncover customer needs and drive strategic insights.
  • Analyse business data to extract actionable insights, identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to support performance tracking, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability of customer data used in various analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data hygiene and streamline campaign targeting processes
  • Other ad-hoc business requests on information or data analysis

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Data Analytics. Experience in Loyalty Programs / Retail / FMCG / Shopping Mall environments is a plus.
  • Proficient in SQL development (procedures, functions, packages); experience with Tableau or other BI tools is highly preferred
  • Experience in ETL, building and maintaining analytic datamarts is a plus
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with a passion for uncovering business insights, conducting comparative analysis, and managing large datasets efficiently
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear analytical requirements, ensuring data solutions are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Comfortable switching between Excel, SQL Developer, and BI tools to efficiently deliver insights and meet analytical goals
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Officer, Analytics role.
