Assistant Manager, Marketing
Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction for achieving win-win on sales performance between landlord and tenant

Daily point of contact for tenant relationship management of designated tenant portfolio

Build stronger relationship with tenants to provide better support on sales action plan, service standard, and operation efficiency to strengthen their sales performance

Partner with tenants and internal teams to agree and deliver business specific projects

Set tenant incentive mechanism and evaluate the effectiveness
-
Disseminate information to the tenants on all operational matters

Implement and communicate mall and retailer campaigns and initiatives to tenants, proposing sales promotion ideas and mechanism for driving mall sales

Define hero product from Anchor store and each selected store
Requirement:
-
5 years or above experience in retail operations / marketing, experience in shopping mall will be an advantage

Detail-orientated with good organizing and analytical skills
-
Creativity to propose new ways of creating business value

Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with diverse audiences
-
Result-oriented and commit to timeline, ability to work under a fast-paced environment

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
