Assistant Manager - Leasing

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating and implementing leasing strategies, including tenant mix planning
  • Identify and recruit new tenants while maintaining strong, long-term tenant relationships
  • Negotiate with potential tenants on leasing terms and fitting-out matters, close deals, handle ad hoc duties, manage credit control, and prepare budget and reports
  • Conduct market research and analyze market trends, occupancy performance, and tenant profiles to support leasing strategies
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for leasing related matters, including but not limited to tenancy agreements or any other legal documents
  • Monitor market developments and provide insights on tenant recruitment and leasing strategies
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years' solid experience in office or commercial leasing
  • Good knowledge of relevant statutory, regulatory, and licensing requirements
  • Well-established network and strong relationships with local and international tenants or corporate occupiers
  • Hands-on experience in preparing leasing letters, tenancy agreements and managing fitting-out matters is an advantage
  • Comprehensive understanding of the office leasing market and emerging commercial real estate trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese
