Assistant Manager - Marketing (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage tenants and external partners by providing dedicated client relationship support and account servicing
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing and sales strategies, identifying areas for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with tenants on their marketing initiatives and calendar to create mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the tenants and enhance the effectiveness of their marketing activities (e.g. in-store action events)
  • Identify and negotiate rewards, offers and other privileges from tenants and strategic partners to synchronize in-mall's theme and drive mall sales
  • Explore new brand opportunities by bringing in Kiosk concept, pop up stores and permanent stores
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities for cross-selling and any promotion campaigns within the mall
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial partnership terms and financial arrangements that align with business objectives
  • Interact closely with internal teams to manage daily operations, logistics, and the execution of BAU promotions and partnered marketing campaigns
  • Lead or support marketing, events and advertising activities as per business needs
  • Ability to independently lead projects
    Ad hoc project support on various Partnership and Marketing project

 

Requirement:

  • 8 years or above experience in retail operations / marketing, experience in shopping mall will be an advantage
  • Detail-orientated with good organizing and analytical skills
  • Creativity to propose new ways of creating business value
  • Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with diverse audiences
  • Result-oriented and commit to timeline, ability to work under a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
