Assistant Manager - Marketing
Responsibilities:

Assist management to formulate CRM strategies and maintain the operations of CRM

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support management to monitor the business performances and to make business decision

Implement end-to-end CRM marketing campaigns to engage and retain target customers

Maintain and support the operation of CRM systems

Coordinate with internal departments and third parties on the development and deployment of CRM program and other marketing communication materials
-
Take part in CRM system enhancement projects to enhance system capabilities and improve customer journeys
Requirements:
-
Degree holder with 3 years hands-on experience in CRM fields

Result-oriented with good analytical skills and business acumen
-
Able to work independently in the fast-paced retail environment
-
Self-motivated and proactive with creative mindset and good communications skill

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Experience with CRM systems

Experience with Mall industry would be an advantage
