Assistant Manager - Marketing

Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop and compose the bilingual creative content for in-house printed and multimedia promotional materials and online content, covering topics including fashion, lifestyle, design, arts and craft, food and beverage, wellness, etc.
• Work closely with internal mall operation team to produce high-quality content that aligns with the company's branding, creative approach and standards• Act as the gatekeeper of all public-facing content and publications. To be in charge of proofreading, fact-checking and ensuring the validity and accuracy of information before it goes live• Contribute to the content strategy, creative approach & style of in-house content, including but not limited to eDMs, leaflets, catalogues, in-mall multi-media content
• Collect and analyze search engine and marketing data, and devise strategies to enhance the effectiveness of written content
• Conduct research projects based on thematic topics 

Requirements: 
• More than 5 years of copywriting, editing or translation experience, preferably in luxury retail, fashion & lifestyle magazines or the media industry
• Degree holder or equivalent qualification in Language, Translation, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related disciplines• Experience in leading a team of photographers and videographers for end-to-end production• Team player with good interpersonal skills who can also work independently
• Excellent time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, flexible and resourceful individual with a strong sense of responsibility
• Passionate about fashion & trends, lifestyle, art & design products, food & beverage, novelty gadgets and wellness, with sound knowledge of such topics
• Keen sense of styling, creative & art direction
• Good connection with freelancers, agencies in creative fields, e.g. photographers, video producers, stylists, KOLs, influencers
• Solid experience in creative content and digital content production
