Assistant Officer, Property Management
Responsibilities

Provide general secretarial and clerical support, such as handling confidential information, maintaining filing system, travel coordination and office supplies ordering.

Arrange meetings and prepare presentation materials.

Maintain accurate human resources documentation and reporting, including attendance, roster, leave and training records.

Manage incoming and outgoing mails and correspondences for department.

Handle hotline and answer enquiries.

Handle procurement issues like quotation acquisition, analysis, order issuing and payment.

Manage the function and activities of the department and co-ordinate within the team and/or with other departments.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
-
Form 7 or above with at least 2 years' relevant experience in administration or clerical support.

Experience in sizable Property Management company is preferred.

Results-driven, flexible with good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.

Good service mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Good computer literacy for using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
