Assistant Officer, Property Management

Responsibilities

  • Provide general secretarial and clerical support, such as handling confidential information, maintaining filing system, travel coordination and office supplies ordering.

  • Arrange meetings and prepare presentation materials.

  • Maintain accurate human resources documentation and reporting, including attendance, roster, leave and training records.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails and correspondences for department.

  • Handle hotline and answer enquiries.

  • Handle procurement issues like quotation acquisition, analysis, order issuing and payment.

  • Manage the function and activities of the department and co-ordinate within the team and/or with other departments.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Form 7 or above with at least 2 years' relevant experience in administration or clerical support.

  • Experience in sizable Property Management company is preferred.

  • Results-driven, flexible with good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.

  • Good service mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

  • Good computer literacy for using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
