Building Surveyor

Responsibilities 

  • Lead technical staff to carry out operation, maintenance and works for building fabric to achieve an efficient, reliable and safe manner, ensuring that the required quality standards are achieved

  • Provide technical support with respect to building maintenance aspects including tenant fitting out, reinstatement, minor alteration and modification work and advising technical comments

  • Carry out regular audit of conditions of existing building fabrics and recommend and implement works to ensure that the required performance and quality standards are achieved

  • Assist to perform regular review and recommendation of maintenance procedures to ensure that systems are being effectively maintained with optimum resources

  • Support the arrangement of procurement, manage contracts, projects/works and activities. Assist to compile and manage budget

  • Handle technical issues and works


Requirements

  • Degree holder in building studies, building surveying or construction related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in building maintenance, preferably in commercial building maintenance with 2 years at supervisory level-Good PC skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
