Content & Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead the creation, implementation, and management of a comprehensive social media strategy for all K11 malls to amplify brand presence across different locations.

  • Plan, develop, and create bilingual creative content for multimedia promotional materials and online platforms covering fashion, lifestyle, design, arts and crafts, food and beverage, wellness, and more.

  • Work closely with mall marketing and operations teams to produce high‑quality content and engaging social copy that aligns with the company’s branding, creative direction, and standards.

  • Partner with KOLs, influencers, and content creators to generate viral content and maximize audience engagement.

  • Serve as the gatekeeper for all public‑facing content and publications, including proofreading, fact‑checking, and ensuring accuracy before release.

  • Contribute to content strategy, creative direction, and style across in‑house content and social media formats, and remain hands‑on when needed.

  • Collect and analyze search engine and marketing data to develop strategies that enhance the effectiveness of digital content.

  • Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion metrics, and assist in optimizing paid campaigns and improving search visibility.

  • Conduct research projects based on thematic topics.

 

Requirements:
 

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or agency roles, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle media, or related industries.

  • Degree holder (or equivalent qualification) in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related disciplines.

  • Experience leading a team of designers, photographers, and videographers in end‑to‑end content production.

  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently when required.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Self‑motivated, flexible, resourceful, and highly responsible.

  • Passionate about fashion, trends, lifestyle, art and design, F&B, gadgets, and wellness, with strong knowledge of these areas.

  • Strong sense of styling, creativity, and art direction.

  • Well‑established connections with freelancers and creative agencies, such as photographers, video producers, stylists, KOLs, and influencers.

  • Solid experience in creative and digital content production.

  • Willingness to work on public holidays occasionally.
