Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities
 

  • Greet and provide premium customer service to tenants and visitors at Grade A office building

  • Carry out daily operations including process visitor registration and provide ranges of value-added services at counter

  • Handle enquiries and follow up complaints, emergency cases from tenants

  • Collect feedback from tenants and follow up if needed

  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

 

Requirements
 

  • Diploma or above, with 1-year experience in customer service, hospitality or property management industry

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in exhibition/event/customer service is preferable

  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel

  • Shift duty (5-day work)
