Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities
-
Greet and provide premium customer service to tenants and visitors at Grade A office building

Carry out daily operations including process visitor registration and provide ranges of value-added services at counter
-
Handle enquiries and follow up complaints, emergency cases from tenants
-
Collect feedback from tenants and follow up if needed
-
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
-
Diploma or above, with 1-year experience in customer service, hospitality or property management industry
-
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Previous experience in exhibition/event/customer service is preferable
-
Good computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel
-
Shift duty (5-day work)
