Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan and formulate effective partnership pipeline to generate key IP activation, brands collaboration and short-term leasing opportunity

  • Assist in developing effective global corporate client pipeline tactics and strategies, from new business generation to execution with wholistic monetization strategy-Demonstrate strong project management skills, manage and execute a wide range of campaigns in a professional and effective manner with partners

  • Assist in developing content to support advertising, PR, social media campaigns, O2O promotion for partners

  • Actively explore external collaboration opportunities and partnership to identify new business opportunities, draw awareness and revenue

  • Liaise and co-ordinate with other partners including internal stakeholders, vendors, tenants and business partners so as to achieve the campaign KPIs and ensure the success of the program

  • Review and analyze campaign results

  • Support the development and implementation of ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/ Finance/ Project Management

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in B2B sales, corporate client engagement and event management (preferably in Retail, FMCG, Luxury or competitive industries)

  • Good team player, energetic and passionate-Self-motivated, creative thinking, detailed minded, efficient and have the initiative to deliver the best quality of work

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness and ability to take extra responsibilities

  • Ability to deliver exceptional results under tight timelines

  • Ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment and work under pressure

  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin would be an advantage
