Manager, Leasing

Responsibilities

• Formulate and review leasing strategy and tenant mix
• Conduct market research to facilitate pitching with potential prospective tenants
• Proactively engage in brand acquisition based on company direction and leasing strategy
• Liaise with internal and external parties for leasing related matters, including but not limited to tenancy agreement or any other legal documents
• Assist the management in preparing budget, reports and presentation materials
• Keep abreast of market trend and provide insight in brand recruitments and leasing strategy

Requirements

• Degree holder with over 8 years of retail leasing experience in shopping malls or retail consultancy agency
• Hands-on experience in preparing leasing letters, tenancy agreements and fitting out is a plus
• Comprehensive understanding of retail landscape and upcoming retail trend on a global basis
• Good communicator and negotiator and able to deal with both external parties as well as internal stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin would be an advantage
