Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for achieving win-win on sales performance between landlord and tenant
- Daily point of contact for tenant relationship management of designated tenant portfolio- Build stronger relationship with tenants to provide better support on sales and marketing action plan, service standard, and operation efficiency to strengthen their sales performance
- Pitch tenant and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored business projects. Propose innovative marketing initiatives and explore exciting opportunities for in-store and out-of-store pop-up events
- Design and implement Set tenant incentive mechanism/ marketing campaigns and evaluate the effectiveness in driving sales, traffic or engagement
- Monitor and evaluate monthly tenant and category sales performance, providing management with detailed analyses. Develop hypotheses and actionable plans to drive improvements and optimize results
- Implement and communicate mall and retailer campaigns and initiatives to tenants, proposing sales promotion ideas and mechanism for driving mall sales
- Identify and promote hero products from anchor stores and selected retailers, enhancing marketing efforts and driving consumer interest
- Stay abreast of retail trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy and brand outreach
- Provide guidance and oversight to teammates to ensure high-quality execution of all marketing and partnership activities with tenants
Requirements:

8 years or above experience in retail operations / marketing / partnership / account management, experience in shopping mall / luxury / beauty sector will be an advantage

Detail-orientated with good organizing and analytical skills- Creativity to propose new ways of creating business value

Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with diverse audiences

Result-oriented and commit to timeline, ability to work under a fast-paced environment

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
