Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to Marketing team
- Assist in preparation of agreement, presentation / marketing materials, and liaising with related parties
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both new and existing tenants.
- Be responsible for handling finance and procurement process using designated systems
- Assist in research and performance analysis
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and mail distribution
- Support ad hoc tasks / projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year or above relevant working experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing / account servicing / operations, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
