Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide general administrative support to Marketing team
  • Assist in preparation of agreement, presentation / marketing materials, and liaising with related parties
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both new and existing tenants.
  • Be responsible for handling finance and procurement process using designated systems
  • Assist in research and performance analysis
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and mail distribution 
  • Support ad hoc tasks / projects as assigned


Requirements:
 

  • 1 year or above relevant working experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing / account servicing / operations, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
