Senior Engineer

Responsibilities 

• Lead technical staff to carry out operation, maintenance and works for building services systems in an efficient reliable and safe manner ensuring that the required quality standards are achieved

• Provide technical support with respect to building services systems including tenant fitting out, reinstatement, minor alteration and modification works and give technical advices

• Carry out regular audit of conditions of existing building services systems and recommend and implement works to ensure that the required performance and quality standards are achieved

• Assist to perform regular review and give recommendation of maintenance procedures to ensure that systems are being effectively maintained with optimum resource

• Support management in arranging procurement, managing contracts, projects/works, activities, and related issues. Assist in compiling and managing the budget

• Handle technical issues and works

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years' experience in operation and maintenance in property management or development company with 4 years at supervisory level 

• Degree holder in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Good PC skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
