Senior Officer, Elite Client

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve mall & ecosystem sales target by providing excellent personalized client services

• Responsible for client development / recruitment

• Build and maintain customer relationship with our superior clients

• Coordinate with internal and external partners including but not limited to merchandising, design, CRM, vendors and brands for different events so as to provide unique and bespoke experience to our clients

• Collaborate with brand experts to fully understand brand / product / service details so as to match with client’s preference and provide relevant products/ experience suggestion to them

• Head to toe coordination and execution of sales driven events, including planning, F&B, production, logistics, operations and budget control

• Assist in preparing event proposal, performance reports and budget

Requirements: 

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of related experience in Sales or Servicing industry

• Luxury watches & jewelry expertise is a plus  

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong experience in dealing with different levels of clients and stakeholders

• Enthusiastic, a strong team player with good business sense

• Proactive, independent, self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing personality
