Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist management to formulate CRM strategies and maintain the operations of CRM
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support management to monitor the business performances and to make business decision
  • Implement end-to-end CRM marketing campaigns to engage and retain target customers
  • Maintain and support the operation of CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments and third parties on the development and deployment of CRM program and other marketing communication materials
  • Take part in CRM system enhancement projects to enhance system capabilities and improve customer journeys.

Requirement:

  • Degree holder with 3 years hands-on experience in CRM fields
  • Result-oriented with good analytical skills and business acumen
  • Able to work independently in the fast-paced retail environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive with creative mindset and good communications skill
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with Mall industry would be an advantage
