Job Responsibilities:
- Assist management to formulate CRM strategies and maintain the operations of CRM
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support management to monitor the business performances and to make business decision
- Implement end-to-end CRM marketing campaigns to engage and retain target customers
- Maintain and support the operation of CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments and third parties on the development and deployment of CRM program and other marketing communication materials
- Take part in CRM system enhancement projects to enhance system capabilities and improve customer journeys.
Requirement:
- Degree holder with 3 years hands-on experience in CRM fields
- Result-oriented with good analytical skills and business acumen
- Able to work independently in the fast-paced retail environment
- Self-motivated and proactive with creative mindset and good communications skill
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with Mall industry would be an advantage
