Responsibilities:
 

  • Assist in strategic planning and execution for online and offline promotion campaigns to enhance the visibility and reputation of the shopping mall
  • Create and implement engaging marketing events and promotions to attract shoppers and increase footfall
  • Collaborate with tenants to develop joint marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness
  • Manage social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with customers
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and promotion activities, providing timely reports and recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging marketing techniques


Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing / account servicing / operations, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
