Responsibilities:
- Assist in strategic planning and execution for online and offline promotion campaigns to enhance the visibility and reputation of the shopping mall
- Create and implement engaging marketing events and promotions to attract shoppers and increase footfall
- Collaborate with tenants to develop joint marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness
- Manage social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with customers
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and promotion activities, providing timely reports and recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging marketing techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing / account servicing / operations, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
