Responsibilities
- Support leasing team to complete the leases by preparing leasing and commercial terms, including offer letters, tenancy agreement or any other legal documents independently
- Able to conduct and drive market research and competitor analysis; share views and insights to the team on new brands acquisitions
- Maintain good relationship with brands and tenants to ensure smooth transition on handover related matters or any other matters
Requirements
- 2 years or above relevant experience, preferably in shopping malls, leasing fields or retail consultancy agency
- Hands-on experience in preparing leasing letters, tenancy agreements and fitting out is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to deal with both external parties as well as internal stakeholders
