Senior Officer - Marketing
Responsibilities:

Assist in strategic planning and execution of online and offline promotional campaigns to enhance the shopping mall’s visibility and reputation.

Create and implement engaging marketing events and promotions to attract shoppers and increase footfall.

Explore external collaboration opportunities to identify new marketing ideas and drive footfall and revenue through pop‑up events and advertising opportunities.

Manage social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with customers.

Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities.

Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to achieve event/campaign KPIs and ensure successful execution.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and promotional activities, providing timely reports and recommendations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques.

Collaborate with tenants to develop joint marketing initiatives and enhance brand awareness.

Prepare, negotiate, and draft contracts for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, account servicing, or operations, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry or within an agency environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with strong ability to think outside the box.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
