Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading the delivery, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of key digital platforms, including CRM, Leasing and Retail Systems, mobile applications, and websites. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the position drives digital initiatives, translates business requirements into effective technology solutions, and ensures systems and processes support operational excellence, customer experience, and business growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and optimisation of digital platforms, including CRM, Leasing and Retail Systems, mobile applications, and websites, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business users on system-related matters, managing issue triage, impact assessment, root cause analysis, and resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Analyse business processes and system workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and prioritised backlogs for development teams.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating discussions, aligning priorities, and driving the implementation of scalable solutions.
  • Lead requirements workshops, solution walkthroughs, and prioritisation sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Translate technical concepts, system changes, and project updates into clear, actionable communications for business stakeholders and end users.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, scenario preparation, execution, and validation, to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Monitor system performance, user adoption, and key performance indicators across digital platforms, proactively driving enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support project governance, risk management, timeline tracking, and the successful delivery of technology initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, system delivery, digital product management, or technology project management.
  • Proven experience managing and enhancing digital platforms, including CRM, leasing systems, retail systems, mobile applications, and websites.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional solutions, with a proven track record of delivering projects from concept through implementation.
  • Experience delivering technology solutions and digital initiatives within a fast-paced retail, property, or customer-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
  • Exposure to AI-powered solutions, automation technologies (e.g. RPA), or related intelligent technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to evaluate complex business challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
