Business Analyst - Technology

Overview

This role supports the Technology Business Partner team by gathering user requirements, preparing documentation, and conducting testing for system enhancements and new initiatives. The position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and new initiatives.
• Support daily technology operations and assist in resolving system or process issues.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.
• Coordinate and perform Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new initiatives and system enhancements.
• Participate in project meetings, provide analysis updates, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and system workflows to support business users and IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably within the property or real estate industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between business and technical stakeholders.
• Agile and adaptable to changing environments.
