Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager – Technology Strategy to lead key initiatives across IT strategy development, operational governance, and technology innovation. This role plays a critical part in aligning IT direction with evolving business needs, optimizing performance, and driving the adoption of emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering impactful, forward-thinking solutions across the Group.

Responsibilities:

IT Strategic Planning

Support annual Group IT strategy planning and develop actionable plans for IT teams.

Collaborate across departments to drive execution of strategic initiatives.
Continuously refine IT direction and KPIs based on changing business needs.

IT Operations and Governance

Champion standardization of IT operations and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., delivery schedules, SLAs) and identify areas for improvement.

Assist in developing and implementing IT cost optimization strategies.

Technology Adoption

Conduct feasibility studies for new technologies and collaborate with IT business partners to define practical use cases.
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and formulate adoption roadmaps.
Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth technology integration.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a managerial role within a large-scale IT organization.
Broad understanding of multiple IT domains is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid business acumen.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of ownership.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
