Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst leads the end‑to‑end delivery of business‑critical projects and workflow transformation initiatives. The role bridges business, vendors, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions, drive project execution, and enhance operational efficiency through digital and AI‑enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation, including preparation of BRDs and user stories, while managing backlog prioritisation with product owners.
- Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, including scoping, planning, milestone tracking, risk management, UAT, go‑live, and post‑implementation support (hypercare).
- Deliver digital platform initiatives from user journey design through to launch, working closely with UX, engineering, and QA teams.
- Support and implement AI and automation use cases (e.g. OCR, GPT/LLM‑based extraction), including defining success metrics, data requirements, and governance.
- Lead workflow transformation initiatives (e.g. Procure‑to‑Pay), ensuring alignment with ERP and related systems.
- Act as a key liaison to align business, vendor, and technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and successful delivery outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands‑on project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering digital platform projects from discovery through to launch.
- Strong ability to lead projects end‑to‑end, from requirement gathering and BRD development to solution discussions with system analysts.
- Solid understanding of SDLC with the ability to manage and deliver across all phases.
- Exposure to AI / automation solutions (e.g. GPT/LLM, OCR, RPA, AI agents) is preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Azure / Power Platform, Oracle Financials, or similar enterprise systems is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of enterprise workflows and ERP integrations (e.g. Oracle, SAP) is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align business, vendor, and technical teams.
- Analytical, proactive, and solutions‑oriented, with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
