The part-time role will support Finance SSC team mainly to develop SOP and policies, while assisting AP/AR team when necessary to maintain operational efficiency of the centre.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare financial policies, SOPs, and workflow documentation, including organizing and editing content for clarity and consistency
  • Create process flowcharts and visual documentation
  • Collect and consolidate information from Finance and business units as summarized content for policy and SOPs drafting
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting materials and version control
  • Support AP/AR team on checking invoices and claims in workflow, checking money received in POS system, GTA revenue voucher, etc. when needed

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying), preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts (no work experience required)
  • Good writing skills and ability to draft structured documents
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word
  • Able to create flowcharts using PowerPoint and online tools
