Assistant General Manager - Investor Relations

Responsibilities:

• Lead IR strategy and engagement with investors, brokers, analysts and financial media at Chinese Mainland sector, and represent the company at onshore investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Drive communication with Mainland regulators including but not limited to NDRC, exchanges, and AMAC, and support required filings and disclosures.• Support C‑REIT and CMBS initiatives, including onshore market communication, Mainland distribution strategy, etc.
• Lead and oversee Mandarin IR materials including presentations, fact sheets, scripts and media statements.
• Work closely with Hong Kong teams for message management and narrative alignment across regions including Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and international markets.
• Provide insights on Mainland policies, market trends, regulatory dynamics and real estate sector developments.

Requirements:

• 10 years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, credit research, corporate finance, or real estate capital markets for Chinese Mainland sector.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or relevant disciplines.• Strong understanding of Mainland capital‑market regulations and structures (C‑REIT, CMBS, trust products, bond markets).
• Solid Hong Kong IR exposure to ensure clear understanding of corporate direction, disclosure standards, and messaging framework to translate HK‑driven corporate narrative into Mainland‑tailored messaging.
• Exceptional Mandarin writing and communication skills; proficient English reading skill is required while excellent English communication skill is an advantage.
• Established network with Mainland financial institutions, financial media, analysts and regulators is an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant General Manager grade.
• Frequent travel to Chinese Mainland
