Assistant Manager - Corporate Development & Investor Relations

This well-rounded strategic role will be a hybrid teammate to closely support both corporate finance and investor relations team, bridging financing projects to capital markets and investor messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Support group-level special financing projects, including deal structuring
• Assist in financial modelling, scenario planning, and presentations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Investor Relations (IR) team to prepare investor decks, earnings materials, and strategic communications, translating financial data and strategic initiatives into clear, compelling narratives for external stakeholders
• Inform IR communication strategy by analytical insights from market sentiment and investor feedback, and support investor meetings, roadshows, and Q&A preparation
• Conduct market research and peer benchmarking to support both financing and IR initiatives
• Liaise with external advisors, banks and investors as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial advisory
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with solid experience in financial statement analysis, presentation design with strong financial literacy and strategic thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
