Assistant Manager - Corporate Marketing

This role will support the Corporate Marketing team in strengthening the Company's corporate brand and digital presence, with focus on social media management, corporate marketing initiatives, and consistent brand application across all communication channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Corporate Marketing team in executing corporate marketing and branding strategies across internal and external platforms
  • Manage and maintain the Company’s social media accounts in Hong Kong, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, to drive brand visibility, engagement, and consistency
  • Plan, develop, and publish social media content aligned with corporate messaging, brand positioning, and communication objectives
  • Monitor social media performance, trends, and audience engagement, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance effectiveness
  • Act as a brand advocate and ensure consistent application of corporate brand guidelines across all on/offline communication channels
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate branding guidelines for internal and external publications, marketing collateral, press releases, and large-scale corporate events
  • Coordinate with agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing and communication materials
  • Support stakeholder engagement initiatives and corporate affairs projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of solid experience in corporate marketing, social media management, digital marketing, or communications preferred
  • Strong hands‑on experience with major social media platforms and content management including creation and basic design, preferably in a corporate or brand environment
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital engagement trends, corporate branding, tone of voice, and reputation management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer position
