Assistant Manager - Customer Relationship Management (Digital Analytics)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Conduct quality assurance on all the tracking implementation and data pipeline to assure correct and accurate implementation across platforms (i.e. website and mobile apps).
    Monitor and review the technical output including but not limited to data architecture, AI/ NLP advanced analytics models, dashboards, reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Performance Analysis: Lead to set up the measurement framework based on customer journey, then to Monitor and analyze Web/App performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, actionable insights and implement optimization strategies to drive conversion and revenue growth.
  • User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with CRM, UX/UI team to optimize the user experience across digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Project Management: Lead the project management for Web/ App tagging ,analytics, dashboard including planning, scoping, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Proactively lead the understanding of stakeholders business requirements, and propose actionable project plans. Communicate with stakeholders on Web/ App project updates, progress, and risks to relevant to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and service providers to support BUs execution and delivery.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.



  • Good business acumen with knowledge of digital platforms (Mobile app & Website)
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in implementing and using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase, BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, Google Search Console
  • Business-minded, performance-driven, detail & results-oriented
  • Knowledge in Data Analytics, SQL, CRM, UI/UX is an advantage


Candidate with more experience would be considered as Manager.
