Overview

This position is responsible for driving marketing and brand initiatives for the upcoming launch of one of our residential projects. The role focuses on defining market positioning, shaping the brand narrative, and executing integrated marketing communications. It works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development and effective go‑to‑market execution.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic market positioning and brand manifesto for residential projects
  • Propose innovative, customer‑focused concepts for design features, clubhouse amenities, building provisions, and sales office, supported by feasibility studies
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including Design, Project, and Property Management to ensure smooth product development processes
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies across online and offline channels
  • Ensure marketing collateral is on‑brief and consistently aligned with brand positioning
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to deliver actionable marketing insights

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in property marketing, product design, or property development
  • Strong research and analytical skills with sound marketing judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Passionate, creative, and innovative with a proactive and self‑motivated mindset
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate commitment to the residential marketing industry
