Assistant Manager - Portfolio Management

Overview:

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and leasing activities of office and semi-retail properties to drive asset performance, maximize occupancy, and enhance rental income. The position works closely with tenants, agents, and business partners to identify leasing opportunities, manage property performance, and support value enhancement initiatives across the portfolio.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and leasing activities of office and semi-retail properties to drive optimal asset performance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate leasing opportunities to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Manage leasing transactions and tenant improvement projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value enhancement.
  • Optimize cash flow and profitability through effective operational management and strategic lease structuring.
  • Conduct regular reviews of property performance and market positioning, and recommend strategies to enhance asset performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, real estate agents, business partners, and other stakeholders to support leasing and portfolio objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in leasing, corporate real estate, property management, or property consultancy.
  • Good understanding of leasing practices, property operations, and portfolio management principles.
  • Strong research, market analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with tenants, real estate agents, and business partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivated, business-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer – Portfolio Management.
