Assistant Manager - Portfolio Management

Role and responsibilities:

  • Handle new letting/renewal cases including preparation of budget/report.
  • Identify and progress leasing opportunities.
  • Carry out pre-marketing works for existing portfolios and/or new projects.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with tenants, customers, and property agents.
  • Assist in drafting lease documents, conducting site inspections with potential tenants.
  • Periodic assessments of the performance and competitive positioning of the properties.
  • Monitor the performance of management company.
  • Assist in all leasing matters of the property portfolio & ad-hoc duties.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in real estate or related disciplines.
  • 5 years + relevant experience in portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
