Overview:
This position supports the development and execution of sales strategies for one of our residential projects. The role combines strategic planning, sales execution, and administrative coordination to drive project performance. It works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective market positioning, smooth sales operations, and achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of sales strategies for residential projects, including optimizing project positioning, pricing strategies, and sales programmes, through in‑depth market research and analysis.
- Handle sales administration matters, including the preparation of sales documents, reports, and related documentation.
- Participate in frontline sales activities at the sales office to support the achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and effective execution of sales plans.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, property agencies, legal counterparts, and relevant external authorities to facilitate sales activities and stay informed of market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the property industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant digital tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
