Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the department’s success through strategic sales initiatives and active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively participating in frontline operations at the sales office.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external authorities, legal counterparts, and property agencies to drive sales and stay informed on market trends.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies for property projects, ensuring optimized project positioning, pricing, and programs through in depth market research and analysis.
  • Maintain a seamless workflow and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the property industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to work independently under pressure.
