Legal Counsel

Provide professional and efficient legal service to ensure the practices of the organization are lawful and complaint.

Responsibilities:

•  Prepare, draft and review a wide range of legal documents for matters relating to leasing, promotions & marketing, property management and other legal documents as assigned
• Provide professional legal support and legal training and updates to different business units
• Research, update, analyze and advise on legal and compliance matters in relation to the operations and businesses of the Group
• Liaise with external parties including external lawyers, Governmental bodies, regulators and business counterparts
• Actively participate in other legal-related responsibilities and assist with ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Law degree holder and PCLL qualifications required
• Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience gained from reputable law firms or large corporations
• Strong commercial sense and familiar with Hong Kong legal requirement
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
