Legal Counsel

- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal documents, including commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, joint venture agreements and other business‑related documentation.
- Provide legal advice and support to business units on corporate, commercial and general legal matters, including identifying legal risks and advising on legally compliant approaches.- Conduct legal research and analysis on applicable laws and regulations relevant to the Group's business activities, and provide legal interpretation and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Advise on regulatory requirements from a legal perspective, including the interpretation of laws and regulations and their impact on business operations.
- Support responses to regulatory inquiries by providing legal input, reviewing correspondence and liaising with external legal advisers and relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Prepare and deliver legal training materials and legal updates to business units to enhance legal awareness and understanding of applicable laws and contractual obligations.
- Liaise with external lawyers and professional advisers on legal matters to ensure appropriate legal support is provided to the Group.
- Support corporate governance matters by providing legal advice on policies, procedures and governance‑related documentation.
- Assist with other legal‑related matters and ad‑hoc legal projects as assigned.
