Overview:
This role supports a wide range of asset management initiatives, including acquisition and disposal activities, capital expenditure planning, and performance optimisation across the property portfolio. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic decision‑making, enhance asset value, and help drive departmental objectives through strong analytical skills, proactive management, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support real estate acquisition and disposal activities, including market research, financial assessment, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the asset management team to ensure efficient workflow and delivery of business objectives.
- Source, identify, and advance new acquisition and disposal opportunities, maintaining strong market awareness and professional networks.
- Plan and implement asset management strategies, capital expenditure programmes, and high‑level asset enhancement initiatives to uplift overall performance.
- Drive cash flow management and optimisation, ensuring operational efficiency and effective cost control.
- Conduct periodic performance assessments to evaluate asset standing, market competitiveness, and opportunities for value improvement.
- Monitor, coordinate, and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, service providers, consultants, and professional specialists to ensure project quality and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years of solid experience in capital markets, asset management, corporate real estate, or property consultancy.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and support strategic decisions.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Capable of working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
