Manager - Finance & Accounts

This role will co-lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for leasing and retail operations, acting as the finance business partner to leasing teams.  S/he will drive budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis, while also coaching juniors to ensure accurate P&L reporting and financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes of designated Bus, ensuring alignment with leasing strategies and business objectives
• Monitor and manage leasing rent roll, including base rent, turnover rent, and license income
• Conduct leasing case reviews and provide financial input on deal structures and revenue enhancement opportunities
• Develop and maintain long-range rental projection plans and financial models for leasing scenarios
• Maintain dashboards and visualisation tools to track leasing performance and revenue trends

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with 6 years or above of relevant experience in Corporate FP&A and business partnering, preferably with experience in retail or mall sector
• Strong commercial acumen and solid knowledge of FP&A practices
• Proven ability to analyse complex leasing and rental data
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion and Tableau is preferred
