Manager - Investor Relations

This role will support investor engagement, materials preparation, financial analysis, and capital‑market communication for NWD (00017.HK) in Chinese Mainland sector. The role will work closely with both on-offshore IR teams to execute investor strategy and initiatives, including engagement with institutional investors and sell‑side brokers, and policy‑related research.

Responsibilities:

• Support Mainland investor meetings, conferences, NDRs and follow‑up communication.
• Prepare Mandarin IR materials such as presentations, briefing notes, FAQs and policy summaries.• Conduct market, policy and peer research to support investor messaging and analysis.
• Assist in C‑REIT and CMBS‑related coordination, data preparation and document support.
• Track Mainland media reports, investor sentiment and financial platforms for relevant updates.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to enquiries from Chinese Mainland investors.
• Work closely with Hong Kong teams and support results announcement preparation and other cross‑border IR projects.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity/credit research, brokerage, investment management, or real estate finance for the Chinese Mainland sector.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or relevant disciplines.• Excellent PowerPoint and dashboard application skills with solid experience in presentation design with strong financial literacy, ability to interpret financial statements, and strategic thinking
• Familiarity with the Chinese Mainland investment community (broker research, fund strategies, credit markets)
• Excellent Mandarin writing and verbal communication skills; proficient English reading skill is required while excellent English communication skill is an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager grade.
• Occasional business travel to Chinese Mainland is required.
