Manager - Investor Relations

The role will be responsible to support a wide range of investor relations activities including preparation of interim / annual reports, presentation materials and interview scripts, and coordination of investor and corporate events and roadshows, to establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders of the investment community

Responsibilities:

• Prepare interim / annual reports, presentation materials, data visualization, monthly updates, news broadcasting and interview scripts with collaboration of relevant departments
• Participate in meetings, corporate events and roadshows with potential investors to develop and enhance strong relationships with stakeholders in investment community, by addressing the questions raised by investors and facilitating their understanding of the company’s business and investment potential with insightful perspectives
• Work closely with team to plan and implement effective strategies and executable actions to drive the investor relations activities for the Group     
• Conduct market and industry research and prepare analysis reports to keep abreast of market and industry trends, peer analysis and investor sentiment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience preferably in investor relations, investment banking, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, assets management and industry research
• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines 
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with thorough understanding of financial statements and reports
• Excellent communication skill in both verbal, written and graphic presentation, and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationship with stakeholders at different levels
• Mature, presentable and independent with strong ownership and good collaboration with others
