Manager - Sustainability

The role will support Sustainability team in leading the corporate sustainability sections of the Group's annual report, by translating sustainability initiatives into meaningful insights that address expectations from investors, regulators, and wider stakeholders. The role will also engage in industry participation and leads sustainability award submissions, while working closely with teammate and across the business to support the Group's sustainability strategies from planning, implementation to continuous reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the corporate sustainability content for the annual report, ensuring clarity, alignment, and relevance for investors and stakeholders
• Translate sustainability initiatives into strategic insights, narratives, and disclosures that speak to investor, regulator, and stakeholder expectations

• Engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments to influence decisions and support the implementation of Group's sustainability strategies
• Actively participate in industry forums, collaborations, and knowledge‑sharing platforms to represent the company to develop market influence
• Lead sustainability award planning, pitching, and submission
• Support the team in planning and developing sustainability initiatives, with focus on social impact valuation and sustainability risk management
• Bring insights from industry best practices to guide the company's future initiatives, including climate mitigation and adaptation

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably but not necessarily in Sustainability-related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility, consultancy, or related fields.• Solid understanding of HK‑listed company expectations and disclosure requirements (in‑house or client experience)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiar with local and international sustainability trends; experience with academia or NGOs is an advantage
• Qualifications of CESGA, CFA ESG, CEnv, MHKIQEP would be an advantage

• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
