Role And Responsibilities:

  • To provide high quality front desk service, communicate and greet guests in professional manner
  • To handle in-coming telephone calls, letters and faxes, monitor stationary and pantry supplies replenishment
  • To maintain conference rooms bookings, arrange courier service, maintain log of courier deliveries
  • To provide support in any new initiatives and projects
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor



  • Minimum 3-5 years’ customer service experience, preferably in a sizable company or hospitality/ airline industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentable, cheerful, positive and independent
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediately available is preferred
