We are seeking a seasoned Investor Relations professional to lead engagement and capital‑market communications for the Chinese Mainland sector. This role plays a critical leadership function in investor outreach, regulatory liaison and cross‑border narrative alignment, working closely with Hong Kong and Mainland stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the Investor Relations strategy for the Chinese Mainland sector, including engagement with institutional investors, brokers, analysts and financial media
- Represent the Company at onshore investor meetings, conferences, roadshows and other capital‑market activities
- Drive communication with Mainland regulatory authorities, including but not limited to NDRC, stock exchanges and AMAC, and support required filings and disclosures
- Support C‑REIT and CMBS initiatives, including onshore market communication, investor education and Mainland distribution strategy
- Lead and oversee the preparation of high‑quality Mandarin IR materials, including presentations, fact sheets, scripts and media statements
- Work closely with Hong Kong‑based teams to ensure consistent messaging and narrative alignment across Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and international markets
- Provide strategic insights on Mainland policies, regulatory developments, market trends and real estate sector dynamics to support management decision‑making
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity or credit research, corporate finance, or real estate capital markets, with a strong focus on the Chinese Mainland sector
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines
- Strong understanding of Mainland capital‑market regulations and structures, including C‑REITs, CMBS, trust products and bond markets
- Solid exposure to Hong Kong IR practices, with a clear understanding of corporate strategy, disclosure standards and messaging frameworks, and the ability to translate Hong Kong‑driven narratives into Mainland‑tailored communication
- Exceptional Mandarin written and verbal communication skills; proficient English reading ability is required, with strong English communication skills considered an advantage
- An established network with Mainland financial institutions, analysts, financial media and regulators is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, stakeholder‑management and communication capabilities
- Willingness to undertake frequent business travel to the Chinese Mainland
Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for Assistant General Manager grade.
