Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Officer – Administration to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure smooth office operations. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative functions, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in process improvements to maintain efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of administrative support, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Manage pool car services, including scheduling, maintenance, and insurance renewals.
- Oversee office renovation projects, ensuring vendor coordination and compliance with standards.
- Manage company mobile and fixed-line services, including procurement, billing, and renewals.
- Assist in developing and updating administrative guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support procurement processes for office equipment and services.
- Liaise with internal departments to address administrative needs and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor administrative budgets and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative activities.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing staff activities and corporate events.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in office administration; candidates with less experience may be considered for Officer level.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
