Job Overview

This role plays a key part in supporting property development and land-related initiatives by delivering feasibility analysis, land administration, and valuation insights. The position contributes directly to strategic planning and investment decisions, helping to strengthen and optimise the land bank portfolio in line with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies for property development projects to support strategic land bank expansion and portfolio optimisation.
  • Perform site analysis and provide valuation inputs to inform investment and development decisions.
  • Manage planning and land administration processes, including land exchange applications, lease modifications, premium assessments, and associated submissions.
  • Coordinate with professional consultants and relevant stakeholders to facilitate approvals through proactive engagement and effective follow‑through.
  • Conduct market research, transaction analysis, and benchmarking to support development appraisals and land valuation.
  • Support project coordination and contribute to the timely and effective execution of planning and development initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Town/Urban Planning, Business Administration, Urban Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in surveying, land administration, valuation, property development, or related fields.
  • Practical exposure to planning applications, stakeholder coordination, or development projects is preferred.
  • Professional accreditation (e.g. MHKIP, MRICS, RTPI or equivalent), or progress towards chartership, is an advantage.
  • Experience with development or planning projects in the Chinese Mainland is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
  • Good understanding of land processes, development workflows, and relevant regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua).
  • Self‑motivated and proactive, with strong problem‑solving abilities and a genuine interest in property development.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, government authorities, and consultants.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with a high level of accountability.
