Senior Officer - Sales

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Officer to support property sales initiatives and help achieve sales targets through direct engagement with clients and collaboration with property agents. This role involves managing sales operations and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across sales offices and show flats.

Responsibilities:

• Drive property sales to meet or exceed assigned targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including property agents, to facilitate sales launches and campaigns.
• Promote and sell properties through direct client engagement and marketing efforts.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations and provide administrative support as needed.
• Assist in executing marketing/sales events and promotional activities to boost sales visibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience; property sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
