Senior Officer - Talent Development and Employee Engagement

Responsibilities:

Learning and Development
- Manage learning administration, including scheduling, coordination and logistics for learning events.- Assist in designing the internal promotion and communication of learning materials and activities.
- Support the development and delivery of training programmes.
- Coordinate learning management systems and maintain data management related to learning programs.
- Assist in the production and implementation of e-learning content and online learning platform.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Staff Engagement and Community
- Support the execution of staff engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate and organize community services, including exploring volunteer opportunities and managing volunteer services, and build positive relationships with both NGOs and individual volunteers.
- Organize and facilitate events aimed at staff development and engagement.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, staff engagement, or related areas.- Proven experience in staff engagement initiatives and volunteer service coordination.
- Knowledge of e-learning design and learning management systems is an advantage.
