Senior Officer - Talent Development and Employee Engagement

Responsibilities:

Learning & Development
• Support the day-to-day administration and coordination of Learning & Development programmes, including training schedules, enrolment, venue arrangements, training materials, attendance and post-training follow-up.• Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of classroom, virtual and blended learning programmes, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
• Provide ongoing support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user administration, enrolment, learning records, troubleshooting and data maintenance.
• Maintain accurate learning records and databases, and prepare regular learning reports, participation statistics and other learning-related analysis.
• Assist in developing and coordinating learning communications and promotional materials to drive participation and strengthen the learning culture.
• Support the team in coordinating learning needs, programme evaluation and feedback, and identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness and participant experience.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external trainers and vendors to ensure learning programmes are delivered effectively and according to schedule.
• Provide reliable administrative and operational support to the team across various talent development and learning initiatives.

Staff Engagement & Community
• Support the planning and execution of staff engagement initiatives and employee activities that promote a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• Assist in coordinating community and volunteering activities, including liaison with non-governmental organisations, community partners and internal volunteers.
• Provide logistics, communication and administrative support for staff and community events as required.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with solid exposure to Learning & Development, training coordination or learning administration.• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning programmes/platforms is preferred.
• Experience in managing training logistics and administration, including enrolment, attendance records, learning data and programme coordination.
• Comfortable working with learning data and reports, with good attention to data accuracy and record management.
• Detail-oriented, organised and dependable, with the ability to provide consistent and reliable support while managing multiple activities and deadlines.
• Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different internal stakeholders, trainers and external vendors.
• A collaborative team player with a genuine interest in developing a career in Learning & Development.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to provide hands-on support for staff engagement and community activities when required.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with digital learning tools or learning technologies would be an advantage.
