Draftsman

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and layout drawings using AutoCAD or BIM software.
• Assist architects and project team in schematic design, design development, and tender/construction drawing production.
• Prepare technical schedules, drawing lists, material schedules, and basic design documentation.
• Conduct drawing checking, dimension verification, and ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations.
• Maintain proper filing, version control, and archiving of all design drawings and project documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Architectural Studies, Building Studies or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural drafting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, basic SketchUp /AutoDesk 3D presentation skills is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Hong Kong building regulations, architectural drawing standards and construction logic.
• Familiar with design development, tender drawing and construction drawing workflows.
• Good sense of proportion, layout, detail accuracy and drawing standardization.
• Good communication skills, teamwork mindset, proactive and responsible working attitude.
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, basic English reading and writing proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience working in Hong Kong local developer or architectural consultancy firm will be an advantage.
• Familiar with residential / commercial development project cycles, including feasibility study, DD, tender stage and construction stage is preferred.
• Basic BIM / Revit operation knowledge is a plus.
