(Senior) Property Officer (Residential/ Commercial)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide value-added property management services and maintain relations with residents/ tenants.
  • Handle residents'/ tenants' enquiries or complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Manage outsourced contractors' performance and service level including but not limited to cleaning, security, landscape, etc.
  • Act as supportive role in office administrative at the management office.
  • Conduct surprise inspections in non-office hours and execute preventive security plans; work out daily special inspections, weekly night check and quarterly preventive security plans.

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years+ work experience in property management.
  • Holder of PMP license would be an advantage.
  • Experiences in dealing with owners' committee would be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in PC skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer.
